Gene is an award-winning filmmaker with over 15 years of indie film, agency and broadcast experience. His latest documentary, THIS ONE'S FOR THE LADIES, is a hilarious, thought provoking roller-coaster that won a Special Jury Award at South By Southwest 2018. The Ladies also got picked up for distribution by NEON. His directorial debut, THE GODFATHER OF DISCO, won Jury & Audience Awards for Best Documentary at the Fire Island Film & Video Festival. Godfather also received an Emerging Filmmaker Award at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Film Festival. In 2006 Gene edited and was associate producer on DIRTY LAUNDRY, directed by Maurice Jamal. The film won the Audience Award for Best U.S. Feature and Best Performance by an Actor (Loretta Devine) at the American Black Film Festival. Distributed by CodeBlack Films DIRTY LAUNDRY continues to air regularly.

Paul is an award winning filmmaker born in Dublin, Ireland and now living in Brooklyn. He was named the Irish Film NY Rising Star, and has been nominated for two IFTAs (Irish Film And TV Awards) for his doc work, and has received multiple awards from the Irish Arts Council. In 2007 he co-founded the Dublin based production company STILL FILMS of which he is co-director. Their first documentary SEAVIEW - made with asylum seekers living in an abandoned holiday camp - premiered at the Berlin Film Festival. Since then Still Films have produced a substantial and innovative body of work across genres. Their films have shown at Sundance, SXSW, New York Film Festival, Hot Docs, Pompidou Centre Paris, and many more. Paul is a member of the Brooklyn Filmmakers Collective and is video director for Gays Against Guns in New York City.
